Randy and Hunter were there within an hour. Troubleshot power outage after a lightning strike. Went through both inside and outside breaker boxes isolating the damage and quickly repairing switches. Stayed until we tested air conditioner , well and major appliances. Very satisfied with work done and personality of both

Brad did an outstanding job installing my EV charger. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. The installation was clean, completed quickly, and everything worked exactly as promised. As a new EV owner, I had a lot of questions, and Brad made sure I understood the process and the setup before he left. I contacted In Charge Electric to replace my aging light switches. The technician they sent was Alex. Alex showed up promptly in a well labeled and well maintained work van wearing a clean pressed uniform. Alex assessed what work I needed. Gave me a proposal on the spot. When Alex showed up in a couple of days to do the work. He texted he was on his way. Alex showed up several minutes before our schedule time. The work was performed professionally and timely. To me it was just a small light switch job. But to In Charge Electric and Alex I was made to feel like a VIP customer. The price I was quoted in my opinion was reasonable and fair. I will only use In Charge Electric from now on. This company gets an A++.

Alex and Hunter from In Charge Electric did a great job with two electrical projects in our home today. They were both incredibly professional, respectful of our space and efficient. They were open to explaining how things worked and answered all of our questions patiently. Alex and Hunter both had great attitudes and made sure everything was neat and tidy when the job was completed. We would highly recommend them and are definitely keeping them in our contacts for any electrical services we need completed in the future.

Recently, Brad and his crew came out to install a 240v line for a car charger. It was impractical to run the line underground so it had to be run outside the house. The line was about 90' long and I was worried about how it would look. Brad came up with a great solution. The line is barely noticeable. The installation was beautifully done, straight, and well anchored. Brad also made sure it was connected to my whole house Generac generator. Brad is very personable, reassuring, and a consummate professional. His experience and expertise was evident in his answers to my questions. Thanks Brad and crew for a wonderful experience! InCharge Electric and Matt were great. I will always support local business and I'm glad I found InCharge. Matt and his assistant swapped out 2 bathroom exhaust fans and ran a separate GFI outlet in our master bath. The job was quick and professional and we will be very happy with the new super quiet fans. We will use InCharge for all our future electrical needs. Definitely recommend then.

In Charge Electric sent technician Alex to install an outlet for our refrigerator as it was plugged into a surge protector temporarily. The Svc Tech, Brad, showed up about 55 min sooner than scheduled. Very professional. Diagnosed the issue quickly so that the time spent was minimal, did not drag out the time so higher charges could be made. Very quick resolution. Though the charges for the call seems high, these days it seems like all maintenance & service house calls are high. However, in my case it was their minimum diagnosis and service charge. Would call them again if needed.

This company deserves 10 stars. Their office staff is friendly helpful and professional. Making An appointment for service was easy. The tech that they sent out to us,Brad, was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem within a few minutes. He came up with a plan and a reasonable estimate . He also gave us other options. I followed up with Kathy at their office and she was extremely helpful and very understanding. My wife and I have never had such a helpful friendly experience with any type of contractor until now. We will be using them for all of our electrical repair needs in the future. We highly recommend this company!!!

Great company, easy to work with, Zack and his assistant were punctual, respectable, knowlegable and efficient. It's a shame that I can only give them Five Stars. The job was difficult restoring and rerouting new power to our boat dock destroyed by our last hurricane. Strongly recommend you use their service. You won't be disapointed.
